INTRODUCTION TO MONTESSORI
Have you always wanted to learn more about Montessori, but didn’t know where to start? This Introductory course gives students an in-depth look into the Montessori philosophy. Students will learn about the five main areas found in the classroom, along with the rationale behind the works found in each area. After completion of this course, students should have a stronger understanding of the Montessori philosophy, and learn different ways they can implement these new techniques into their classroom or homes.
This is a 7 week course that meets online once a week.
Week 1: Introduction to Montessori and the philosophy
Week 2: Practical Life
Week 3: Sensorial
Week 4: Math
Week 5: Cultural
Week 6: Sensitive Periods, Planes of Development, Freedom and Discipline, Spiritual Embryo
Week 7: Wrap up, Questions & Answers

MONTESSORI-FY YOUR HOUSE
This course is perfect for parents with children ages 2-6 years old who would like to make their homes more Montessori friendly. Learn how to create an environment that allows children to be more independent and confident in themselves. All students will receive individual consultation and ongoing support during their Montessori transition.
INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS
