Archives, Welcome

Montessori QuoteHey everyone! I’m so happy to have finally set up this blog! This has been something I’ve always wanted to do every since I started my training back in June 2008, but I haven’t had the time. (Isn’t that always the case?) I look forward to meeting other teachers, parents, and Montessorians who share the same passion as I do. I envision a place where we all can get together to share our ideas and thoughts on how we can improve  education for our children. Since this blog is in it’s beginning phase, expect to see some cool features in the near future such as online classes, resources for teachers, Albums to download and much more! Even if you aren’t familiar with the Montessori philosophy, you are still invited to look around. I’m always interested in hearing everyone’s opinions and thoughts. Thanks again for checking me out and I look forward to hearing from all of you! Happy Blogging!

I just discovered your blog today (procrastination is also my middle name, I am supposed to be writing up my action research project for my MEd.) You have a lot of wonderful ideas. I have downloaded the preposition cards with plans for two works, one "as is" with an apple and similar basket and one with an Easter egg and Easter basket. Thanks for a new work for my students. I agree with you about Maria & computers, I am sure that she would have enjoyed this technology, while being judicious in its use with children. I'll be back to your site often.

The internet is such a huge distraction! I always find myself spending hours website surfing collecting awesome ideas! How's the Masters coming along? I'm thinking about doing my Masters in Special Education....I'm scared about the thesis! My writing is horrible. Let me know how the preposition cards work in your class!
